Manage and track the critical weld parameters for accurate troubleshooting and enhanced quality control practices with the log reports automatically generated for each weld This helps optimize production workflows, improve quality control, and perform preventive maintenance.

  • High Stiffness Configuration Technology
    -The ZK1400-06 robot with a rated load of six kilograms uses four RV reducers (50C, 40E, 20E, 10C) and two harmonic reducers (SHG20, SHG25), and all six reducers. The whole part adopts high rigidity customized design.
    -The ZK1900-06 welding robot with a rated load of six kilograms uses four RV reducers (120C, 110E, 40E, 27C) and two harmonic reducers (SHG20, SHG25).
    -The ZK1900-20 size robot body with a rated load of 20 kilograms uses six RV reducers (120C, 110E, 40E, 27C, 15E, 7E).
  • Safety
    The robot system is equipped with advanced safety features, including collision sensors, emergency stop buttons, and safety enclosures, ensuring worker safety during operations.

  • ● All ZK actual measurement data are obtained strictly in accordance with the national standard GB/T12642 (ISO9283) test method;
  • ● Test program A represents testing using a Leica laser tracker. The actual measured data are all from the inspection issued by Shanghai Electrical Equipment Testing Institute Co., Ltd. (National Robot Testing and Assessment Center Headquarters)Test report (report number ROT18-0112), the actual measured data in the table are the worst values of all results in the test report; test program B represents the use of Falou laser tracker for testing, the actual measured data is from ZK Robot Testing Room, the actual measured data in the table is the average of batch testing;
  • ● Since the welding robot is required to run idling as fast as possible, the first performance index position repeatability is taken as 60 m/min according to the national standard test speed; and since the actual welding speed will not be greater than 2 m/min, so other performance indicators are based on the national standard test speed of 2 m/min;
  • ● The imported reference data comes from the performance specifications or public reports of international mainstream robots.

    Positioners

    All positioners are adopted an integral structure and equipped with RV reducers, which ensures high precision rotation of the positioners (repetition accuracy<1 arcmin). Due to Goco's integrated multi-axis control technology, the positioner can be directly connected to the robot to achive eight-axis linkage.

    Adapted to different welding power sources and easy to achieve low spatter welding, which can save the time such as welding seam grinding and processing.
